Unter dem Namen Messe Eduardo stellt er Wohnungsinserate ins Internet. Die Wohnungen sehen sehr attraktiv und teuer aus, sollen aber billig vermietet werden können. Er gibt Menschen, die nicht so gut bei Kasse sind die Hoffnung auf eine schöne Wohnung, verlangt aber die doppelte Wohnungsmiete als Vorauskasse. Wir suchten die Adresse der Wohnung, bevor wir einzahlten und wurden leider nicht fündig, da diese Adresse gar nicht existiert. Wir schrieben Messe Eduardo eine E-Mail mit dieser Information, bekamen dann aber keine Antwort mehr. Achtung: Wohnungsinserate von Messe Eduardo sind Betrug!!!

Thank you for your reply.
After analysing all the applications together with my wife, we decided that you would be suitable to rent the apartment.
As I said, the total price which you will have to pay for one month of rent will be CHF 900,00, no additional costs.
The rent will be paid monthly, to my bank account.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract.
Since I am unable to come to Schweiz personally, and my daughter is already back here, I've hired a major real estate agency from West Yorkshire,specialized in international rentals, to represent me.
They are called UK Rentals Ltd. and their website is: www.uk-rentals-property.co.uk
This agency will offer you an inspection of the flat, and handle the payments and documents.
Here's how it works :
1 - To start this transaction, I need your full name, address and telephone number. I will also need to know the rental period for the contract.
2 - I will go to the UK Rentals office to drop off the keys and documents of the house, along with the contract.
3 - UK Rentals will verify the documents, and send you an invoice.
4 - At this point you will have to pay 1 month rent (CHF 900,00) + the kaution (CHF 900,00) as a security deposit to UK Rentals, according to the instructions from the invoice.
This will be a guarantee that they don't send an agent all the way to Schweiz for nothing. The deposit will be only a temporary guarantee,and will not obligate you to renting the flat.
The money will remain in the custody of UK Rentals until you have checked the flat and confirmed that everything is ok.
5 - After you pay the deposit, and send them the details, UK Rentals will send an agent to Schweiz in the next 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday),to meet you and help you inspect the flat. You can choose the date and time of inspection, to fit your schedule .
6 - If you are not pleased with the apartment for any reason, the UK Rentals agent will give you the money back on the spot, and I will get my keys and documents back.
I will pay for the services of the agency, so there will be no extra costs for you.
Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you cannot move out immediately, we can arrange the deposit and inspection now, and consider the flat reserved for you.
If everything is ok, please email me the details that I requested above, so I can make the arrangements.
I have also attached a copy of my passport to this email as a sign of good faith. (sorry for the bad picture )
I look forward to your quick response, because there are several others interested in the apartment, and I need to know if I can count on a deal with you.

J’ai acquis cet appartement pour ma fille lors de ses études au Belgique. Je souhaite maintenant le louer car elle s’est depuis réinstallée à la maison. Nous n’en avons plus aucun usage, aussi vous pouvez le louer même pour de longues périodes sans aucun problème.
L’appartement a été entièrement rénové et meublé comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos.
Mes meubles sont à votre disposition, mais si vous préférez utiliser les vôtres, la grande cave au sous-sol vous permettra de les ranger.
L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec air conditionné, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, TV LCD, etc.
Très important également, les charges (eau, électricité, internet haut débit, réception TV numérique, garage) sont comprises dans le loyer mensuel de EUR 520,00. La caution est fixée à EUR 520,00 que vous récupèrerez lorsque vous quitterez les lieux après un préavis d’un mois.
Permettez-moi maintenant de me présenter : je m’appelle Findlay Andrew Mogens, j’ai 54 ans, je réside à Sheffield au Royaume-Uni et je suis architecte en retraite.
J’ai moi-même un animal, donc si vous souhaitez avoir un animal chez vous, ce n’est pas un problème tant que les lieux ne subissent aucun dommage.
Malheureusement, ma santé et le traitement que je dois suivre ne me permettent pas d’envisager un voyage dans les prochains mois ; je ne pourrai donc pas vous accueillir ni vous rencontrer personnellement avant un certain temps.
